  Sanur to Nusa Penida: ~45 minutes
  Sanur to Nusa Lembongan: ~30 minutes
  Sanur to Gili Islands/Lombok: ~2.5–3 hours (with a short stop in Padangbai)

• Cancellations made 48 hours before departure will receive a full refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip.

• Yes, you may bring one piece of luggage (up to 20kg) and a small hand-carry item free of charge. Extra luggage may incur additional fees.

Unfortunately, fast boat access often requires walking on uneven surfaces, stepping into the water, or climbing stairs. Therefore, the trip is not suitable for passengers with mobility limitations or those who require wheelchair assistance

• No, we do not provide travel insurance for either fast boat transfers or any tour activities booked through our platform. Any insurance coverage is solely provided by the individual service operators (if applicable). We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance on their own to cover accidents, delays, medical needs, or trip cancellations.
